Gwyneth Paltrow‘s trial will begin after she was taken legal action against over a “hit-and-run” ski crash years ago … and she will probably take the stand.

The starlet’ Park City, Utah trial is set to start Tuesday following the 2016 occurrence … and sources near Gwyneth informed the New York City Post she’s going to affirm. Truth is … there’s no fifth Change right to take a pass, and even if she didn’t wish to affirm the opposite might require the problem.

As we reported, Gwyneth was struck with a suit back in 2019 by Utah homeowner Terry Sanderson … who declared Paltrow knocked into him a couple of years back while snowboarding down the mountain at Deer Valley Resort, triggering him to suffer a concussion and damaged ribs.

He states she got up after the accident, didn’t state anything, and simply continued going while he was left pushing the mountain.

What’s more, Terry declared a trainer behind Gwyneth implicated him of triggering the crash– and states he submitted an incorrect report with the ski resort blaming him for the crash.

Terry requested $3.1 M in damages, however Gwyneth submitted a countersuit versus Terry the next month for $1, calling HIM out for triggering the accident … mentioning that resort occurrence report as evidence.

FYI– a judge likewise ruled that Terry is not entitled to compensatory damages and can just get up to $300 K in damages … no place near his initial ask.
